can someone critique this diet?

I am trying to cut and it doesn't seem like it's working anymore. I've read alot about the CKD diet, but I honestly don't think I could do it. Anyway, can somebody tell me why this ain't working?

Meal 1
7:30 AM - 1/2 Promax bar or Protein shake

Meal 2
10:00 AM - Banana

Meal 3
12:30 PM - Stir fry. Usually chicken, rice, veggies.

Meal 4
3:30 PM - Apple

Meal 5
6:00 PM - 1/2 Promax bar

Meal 6
8:00 PM - 4 Hard boiled eggs.

All together it's about 2,100 calories. My BMR is 2,300. I figured that this combined with lifting and cardio would get me ripped in short order, but it's been a month and a half and the fat loss has stalled. On the weekends I do cheat and have a few beers or maybe a slice of pizza. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
this diet sucks, too many carbs, and fruit( the worst thing you could eat while dieting) give me your stats and i'll put together something for you.

Meal 1
7:30 AM - 1/2 Promax bar or Protein shake
drop the meal...
1/2 cup oatmeal/ 1 scoop protein/1 tbsp. flaxseed oil


Meal 2
10:00 AM - Banana
1 scoop protein (40g) + 1 tbsp. MCT oil

Meal 3
12:30 PM - Stir fry. Usually chicken, rice, veggies.
add 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil to this

Meal 4
3:30 PM - Apple
drop the apple...
add 1 scoop protein (40g) + 1 tbsp. MCT oil


Meal 5
6:00 PM - 1/2 Promax bar
drop the bar...
5oz. chicken breast, 1 large salad w/ 1 tbsp. olive oil


Meal 6
8:00 PM - 4 Hard boiled eggs.
add 1 large salad w/ 1tbsp olive oil
drop the whole eggs...add 4 egg whites, 2 yolks
add 15g psyllium husk fiber


All together it's about 2,100 calories. My BMR is 2,300. The diet you had before was only good for fat-gain and stalled time waste. Too much fructose and not enought of other nutrients like EFA...
