I am trying to cut and it doesn't seem like it's working anymore. I've read alot about the CKD diet, but I honestly don't think I could do it. Anyway, can somebody tell me why this ain't working?
Meal 1
7:30 AM - 1/2 Promax bar or Protein shake
Meal 2
10:00 AM - Banana
Meal 3
12:30 PM - Stir fry. Usually chicken, rice, veggies.
Meal 4
3:30 PM - Apple
Meal 5
6:00 PM - 1/2 Promax bar
Meal 6
8:00 PM - 4 Hard boiled eggs.
All together it's about 2,100 calories. My BMR is 2,300. I figured that this combined with lifting and cardio would get me ripped in short order, but it's been a month and a half and the fat loss has stalled. On the weekends I do cheat and have a few beers or maybe a slice of pizza. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
