I would never suggest an oral only cycle over injecting but…..
I always think that people on this board forget that everyone’s goals are different. We all know that for MAXIMUM results you don’t want to do an oral only.
However, if an individual’s personal constraint is oral only, then as long as they understand that this has limitations, risks (which are protected against), and will NOT provide optimum results that’s fine. DBOL only can give positive results if everything else is in place in terms of nutrition, training, rest, etc. etc. Yes you will bloat and yes you will loose this weight, but with the above in place you can keep real solid gains, lots of people have.
Everyone is going for longer cycles of DBOL here, whilst others are talking of negative health implications. I would be interested to hear opinions of 2 week on / 4 week off short cycles…? Might this be more sensible for long term keepable gains?
