can I work out right after I take my clen

I actually feel really week if I work out after clen. I think my heartrate gets to fast. I don't recomend it myself. I wait a few hours anyhow. That's just me though.

so I should not go do some running cuz thats what I was going to go do.
 
yeah bro...i usually feel kind of weak...i usualy wait an hour or 2...or take a nice nap...and then do cardio!...try sleepin once or 2wice and ull feel the difference bro...good luck

I used clen for cardio only
Need: try to stay away of fat burners while you train... u will get addicted and when u really need it for cardio it wont work as used to

It's just going to take time to wear off bro. Try to sit down and relax.. I remember the first time I took clen, I took it with ephedra and a redbull and I swore I was going to have a heartattack..

let it remain in the system for about 2 hours prior to working out....you will be short of breath, have accellerated heart rate, and get dizzyness if you dont...very simliar to ephedrine in that respect....works better having been in the system for awhile...have some food on-board also.
 
im dead tired about an hour after taking clen, i almost "need" to take a nap. And clenbuterol will make cardio alot more difficult, fucks with breathing and also reduces plasma in the blood (which will result in lose of endurance in the long run)
 
Personally Clen is terrible for my stamina, I wouldn't take just before working out. I split mine up: First dose 30 min after am cardio, Second dose 30 min after workout, Third dose just before bed. I never have problems sleeping on clen. I do have some night sweats(which means the clen is working), and slight feet cramping from time to time. This is what works for me, everyone is different. I personally feel my workouts are hindered if I take clen just before.
 
everyone reacts to that stuff differently. I was able to workout on it... i split it up through the day so i worked out with the shakes... i sweated like crazy at the gym though... bring a towel :)
 
I don't see why you can't? Clen doesn't give me a jolt of energy at all - I could take in and go to sleep half of the time...
