Yes, technically, you can take those all together without problems. BUT - I would personally avoid taking creatine if you're trying to drop body mass.
If you want to lean out, stick with the thermogenic and the protein, and leave the creatine until you move into a mass phase.
Pick one goal - a) add muscle mass (and accept some fat gain) OR (b) drop body fat (and accept some muscle loss).
Don't get caught up in trying to do both at the same time - it'll run you into the ground.
