I know that my title probably sounds like a strange question, but let me explain a bit about me first!
I am a new Figure competitor having completed my first show early in 2006. I put on quite a bit of size during my training. I was working out with weights 5X per week and in the last 8 weeks of prep, daily cardio for 45 minutes.
Supplements were an 8 week cycle of Var @ 10mg per day combined with 8 weeks of EQ @ 25mg per week.
Now, I wish to bring in a smaller tighter package. I am weight training less frequently and doing more cardio. I know that my big problem area is hips/butt/thighs and after taking the Var I noticed a significant shift in fat. The Var seemed to change my physique in way that balanced out my lower body to my upper by giving me a leaner lower section.
My question is..
Can I take a small dose of Var , say 5mg for 8 weeks to help give my butt that "look" and harden me up? I also use Clen as a fat burner and have a good diet.
Any input that is positive and helpful would be appreciated.
