get a usps envliope and seel it up and put address in there and put ur goods in and have it on your carry on bag..... ok they scan it and think there is something in it it is protected by federal mail

so they usually let u go


only a federal mail dude or mail chic can legaly open it so they will keep u hostage till it happens but usally they let u go

Aspirin - see above.
Caffeine - see above.
R-Ala - see above.
Protein Powder - is it really worth it? if it is a smaller bottle labeled as such, you won't have a problem. If it's in a huge ass monster tub, leave it at home. Besides, they do have chicken and steak in the Bahamas.
