Can i take san tight and clen , both once a day

went through one bottle of clen 2 months ago and didnt lose a pound. Just cramps and maybe even gained weight cause couldnt do cardio. Felt like my calves were being beaten with a bat.
I know they say you lose weight if you take in less calories that maintenance, but hell i dont even do that in 2 days. Plus taking this stuff makes me starve at night. You cant take fat burners before bed
 
I sometimes take other fat burners with clen so i would say yes you can,never hurt me any. As for the calves did you take taurine with the clen cause that will prevent the cramps,without taurine i can't do cardio either.
 
yes i took taurine but no potatassium. How come potassium capsules say 1 percent of usrda or is that a misprint. I took liquid clen from our sponsor.

I wake up at 11 am central time, take clen, then take clen at 4 pm sound good. I iknow i need to drink more water and putting lemon in the water helps me drink more it seems.

This might sound funny but my lower back and butt shake so bad when i jerk off i have to stop and slow down.

First, you need potassium on your clen run. Here is a good Potassium Article. How much taurine were you taking daily?

Second, if you didn't do cardio nor take care of your diet, your would not see results.

Lastly, post your diet, the amounts of clen you took and your past stimulant history - i.e. how many stimulants have you been on (think ephedrine) and for how long. It's common for people who abuse stimulants to have bad CNS reponses.

You didn't answer my questions. Post your diet, stimulant history etc... You can't expect to lay around and have clen work magic. Clen is just an aid, your diet is the KEY. :coffee:
 
i followed the clen guidlines that people use on here. I took the minimum until i was taking 100 . As far as diet goes. I don't lie around. I lift 3 days a week, play tennis, golf and i dont even eat the calories that it takes to maintain my weight and still gain weight and yes ive been to the doc and im in good health.
Ive taken no steroids, or anything before but ive been a 4 day a week xenadrine, etc taker for a few years .,

I take a multi everyday, 2 vitamin c, 1 vitamin E, 4 kelp, one glucosamine, 1 flax, 1 lecithin. Im 33

Ok, again, post up your diet. Meaning meal by meal what you were/are eating. You can say you're eating a deficit, but you could really be eating a large surplus or eating the wrong foods.

Just as I suspected, you've been on stimulants for 2 years, that's why you have a bad CNS response. I suggest you take at least 10-12 weeks off from all your stimulants.
 
Then why no benefits from the clen then? Plus i do see results from the san tight and other products. Its the days i dont take them that i gain weight even if i dont eat hardly anything . I gain weight on my waist only and lower lower abs , nowhere else really.

Breaksfast: oatmeal, one day ill have eggs, one day ill have cereal. One day maybe nothing

Lunch: one sandwich, ore one burrito, or left over steak

dinner: average regular dinner like anyone else> one meat, one veggy, one starch

snack: 2 days a week ill drink a protein shake. one day a week one bowl of ice cream, one day a week ill eat a buffet for dinner. Drink a glass of cranberry juice 3 days a week.

Note: i was off the san tight for 4 weeks . and yes i can literally not eat , do cardio, come home and be heavier. Ive had many, many people tell me i look bloated after doing cardio
 
yes i know your gonna say i shouldnt of ate that bowl of cereal, blah blah blah, but if you lose weight when you take in less calories then you burn or what it takes to maintain your weight. If thats the case, id be sick and weigh 100 pounds less than what i weigh now. Screw what science says. They are wrong most of the time and im not average and no i dont lose muscle either. I bench once a month and incline 400
 
how , just wanted to know if taking clen and then san tight on the same day like 5 days a week and off two is good . Thats my real question. Never done both before.

What are you stats? I.e. weight, bodyfat, height, age etc...

and what are the quantities of food, your diet seems to be changing daily, I need to know if it's, for example, 1 cup of oatmeal or 10 cups of oatmeal. What does "one meat" mean? 6oz of steak or 1 whole chicken? one sandwich? with what? meat, fish? veggies? Your diet is very confusing and not laid out correctly. Please give more information.

Don't combine the two. If you want to go with san tight, go 2 weeks on clen, 2 weeks off clen and on the 2 weeks off use san tight.
 
neither work very good alone . Guess i need something more powerful. Im 6;2 350 , and age 33. I can incline 315 for 6 reps, squat and deadlift 600 for reps. My blood pressure, cholesterol, heart rate, etc, everything is perfect. No im not a normal 350. I look 300 maybe and i do mentzer hit . And no i dont eat the number of calories that it takes to maintain 250 let alone 350.

When i say one meat and one oatmeal. I mean about the same as everyone else.

I lift 2 days a week. I walk on the treadmil for an hour twice a week. I ride the bike for 30 min twice a week. I play softball, tennis, basketball and golf once a week also. I also do up and down the rack and strip training as part of my modified hit training.

Im an extreme case. IM thinking i need something better than clen or san tight even with a perfect diet.

NOTE: I DRANK 4 PROTEIN SHAKES A DAY FOR A MONTH AND ALMOST ZERO CARBS AND DIDNT LOSE A POUND INA MONTH ALSO IF YOUR GONNA SAY CLEAN UP THE DIET AND YES IVE DONE STARVATION, ONE MEAL A DAY, WARRIOR DIET, EAT NORMALLY, LOW FAT. NAME IT IVE DONE IT AND YES CONSISTENTLY. SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS

I do cardio 2x a day for 1hr at least each time when on clen. If you mean how can you do it cause of cramp's that is why you use taurine and like mr x said potassium,a bananna is a good source,i sometimes even just take potassium pill's. It is true that you need to take a break from stimulants or else you won't get good results. Some people dissagree but i use trex or lipo-6 sometimes at the same time as clen and it work's great for me and i have never had a problem from it besides shaking alot which i kinda like so i don't care. Remember taurine and potassium.
 
clen has a long half life about 3 days... so there's no need to split the dose... and also because it has a long half life... 5 days on 2 days off isn't gonna give your receptors enough time... 2 weeks on 2 weeks off... take an eca stack during your 2 off of clen!! you aren't goin to see much of a difference by doing a short clen/eca cycle it will still be about three months to do you any real good on fat loss!!

Clen doesn't work on people who are overly obese like you are..... Using ECA on the 2 weeks off of Clen doesn't work either..... Not posting my huge explaination of why this week..... Your best bet is to use ECA by itself till you get your weight down..... Your diet sucks btw.... not eating enough, frequently enough, or the right foods.... Do more research and you'll get results...

I'm in the last days of my first CLEN cycle. I started at 20 mcg and will end with 140mcg. I get the headaches and shortness of breath starting around 30 minutes after intake and the lasting a couple of hours (no cramps due to Taurine and Potassium supplementation).

I've been doing 90 minutes cardio ed so its perectly possibel just brace yourself.

Final results are still a few days away but this far I've lost 8 pounds and 1.2% bf.

I've had my diet perfectly in check, so I guess the stuff works when you look what you eat and do yoir cardio.
 
um im not that obese. You looked at 350 like most 350 pounders are. Im not them.
Plus why do i weigh 350 if i dont even eat enough for a 200 pounder?

Guess i wont take nothing. Your saying someone that eats less calories, does cardio and lifts and takes clen wont lose weight????????

You're in starvation mode, that's why you're gaining weight.

so ive been in starvation mode for 12 years since i started lifting?

Guess what im saying is , is that i could lose weight eating 2000 calories a day if i eat 5 meals a day vs eating 1500 at 3 meals a day as an example?
