can I take Nolva and/or Arimidex long term?

If I am on a long cycle, being 6 month- can I stay on Arimidex and or Nolvadex thru-

anotherwords is there a limit of how long one should continue taking L-dex and Nolva

adex hurts hdl cholesterol but nolva is supposed to counteract these negative effects. over such a long period of time i would say get blood work done to see how you stand. if things are ok i'd continue. if things are bad, i'd change.

i'm not sure about long term arimidex use, but i have many athletes who have naturally high estrogen levels stay on nolva year around.

Nolva is cool year round. Arimidex alone will probably fuck up your cholesterol like stated above.
