Can I take both AIs together

Is it okay to take both and anastrozole and exemestane together?
I have a prescription for exemestane but only half a pill a week, which is not enough to support the current cycle I'm on. But I do have a bunch of anastrozole and am thinking of supplementing the exemestane with anastrozole to provide the proper level of AI.

Yes, that is fine. Just don't overdue it. Right now I am taking aromasin 12.5mg eod, and adex .25mg twice per week.

I don't see a problem with it, as long as you are "controlling" estrogen and not crushing it. The idea is to keep it within range and not completely eliminate it on cycle. A little bit of estrogen in your system is a good thing for gains and joints
