can I still make gains on a calorie restricted diet with Winny only??

Hi,

Im taking 100mg ed of the chinese stuff. Ive been stuffing my face with 4000-4500 callories a day and making very good gains in size and strengh.

If I restrict my callories to 2500 a day to try and slim down can I still make good gains in strengh and put on a bit of muscle??
 
Well if your making good gains at 4500 calories a day why would you want to change that? If your worried about putting on fat cut back 500 cal a day at the most and see what happens....also what are your goals.
 
You can make gains on a calorie restricted diet with winny, that's why is so great when your doing a cutting cycle. But yeah, what are your goals? What do you want to get out of the cycle? And are you using anything else?
 
You may be able to, but I wouldn't cut back that much all at once. One thing is that if you do cut back on cals, make sure it's not on protein because Winny greatly increases nitrogen retention and therefore make big use of the protein you put into your body.

im not using anything else, so far im seeing great strengh gains and mass......I just feel fat, would like to keep making gains while triming down a little. Do u think I can make satisfactory gains with a 3000 callorie a day diet??

300 g of protein

300 g of carbs

60 g of fat

I think that with taking that much Winny, you should be taking in 350-400g of protein in my opinion. Cut back a few hundred calories and hit the cardio a few times a week.

Stength gains yes. Mass gains no. Adding mass requires more calories than your body needs...period. Strength gains are in large part due to increased nueromuscular efficiency/ability. However, mass comes down to more calories in than out.
