i do plenty of weight gain 50 g of protein and 50 g of carbs per serving and 600 calories 3 times a day and my average meals per day are 2 sarnies of either tuna , boiled egg, chicken ,turkey chocolate bar fruit corner yogurt , muffin cake , sausage roll ,crisps and a 2 piece of fruit then a cooked meal for tea and maybe 4 weetabix on a night the weight gain i take morning dinner and after training i cant really count the calories but thinking about it i need to eat more as i have always been slim anyway any links to help with what to eat would be apprieciated
