can i really use this?

i found an article that tells you how to figure out what dosages are best for you mathematically. i tried to paste in into the message box here so i would not have to link it, it didnt fit.
it is at: http://rippedmass.com/dosages.htm and i was hoping a vet could tell me if it is worth using, or just another bs article.

yeah

i read it, and thought the 10 days between shots was a new way of thinking, and a new way of doasing. but was curious of how it would apply in the real world. anyone ever used a system like this? I think i mighttry it for my next cycle. any more input would be great/
