i just poseted something about the lipo/amp/raw stack but didnt get too much help. i just got done with a tub of no-shotgun as well as a mass fx hyperdrol and retain stack. i am looking for something to take me a bit farther get me more cut up, and improve my strength gains a little more. I was thinking more agx's stack with amp but then i have been reading other forums about phera-plex and superdrol working very good. can i you please shed some of your expertise my way

thanks!

lipoflame is a must when cutting imo along with a strict diet and cardio
amp 02 is the best pre wo supp iv ever used

phera-plex and superdrol sound like prohormones, i would avoid them like the plague.

stick with amp/lipo you wont be dissapointed

I would focus more on diet than supplements....I never found OTC supplements to be a make-or-break factor in my conditioning. In my leanest days, I don't believe I was taking any supplements in fact (couldn't afford them) but my diet was always on point.

I think people underestimate how important diet consistency truly is.....and they definitely underestimate how individualized dieting needs to be - you can't just eat whatever your buddy eats because he's ripped and huge....you need to find out what macronutrient ratios and calorie levels work for you and you alone - and that takes some time and experimentation.

Stick with it though - and by all means take whatever supplements you wish, but don't put too much value in them overall. If they get you amped and excited for the gym and they keep you motivated - that's terrific - but they aren't going to be the deciding factor by any means.

If you are looking for a good quality stack, AMP/Lipo/MCC is one of the best out there.

Of course, diet and training have to be on point and their are no "magic pills", but if you read all the feedback on this board about Lipoflame and Amp02, you can not deny they are quality products.

Give them a try and see how you like them, try to sit on your ass after taking 4 lipoflame lol...

Before we start giving him steroid advice it might be smart to ask his age, stats, and if he's ever taken a cycle and how many. Those are very important questions that people need answers to before they start giving you advice. Especially about steroids. It doesn't look like you are asking for what steroids to take.

Diet, cardio and a fat burner like lipoflame is what I would recommend for the cutting up. As for trying to gain strength at the same time, this will be hard because you will be losing weight to cut up. If anything try to train heavy, but not too heavy that you can't control the weight.

thanks for the responses. to answer some questions i just turned 21 years old i am 5'10 205lbs. I dont have a STRICT diet but i do eat healthy. Myy meals mainly consist of whole wheat toast and cottage cheese in the morning, steak or chicken around noon then an apple or an orage around 3 with a protien shake then i hit the gym when i get outa work from about 730-9 i have a protien shake post workout then a steak or chick meal at night. withn the next few days i am going to go shopping and set a more strict less caloric diet becasue right now i am averaging 2900 calories a day which i wanna drop to 2200 for the cut cycle. any suggestions

For some reason, my spidey senses are tingling about your diet.

For a rough calculation of the calories you need to put on muscle, multiply your weight by 18-19 kcals per pound of body weight.

In your case this would be 3636-3838 kcal/day

To lose weight, this rough calculation is 12-13 kcals per lb of weight so 2424-2626 kcals/day

You are eating just above maintainance would be my guess, and if you are training intensely, it is probably not enough.

There are more accurate ways based on height, weight age and/or bodyfat on this thread

Have you actually worked out your calories? Exactly, or are you guessing? A lot of lads underestimate what they eat, women seem to overestimate.

No mention of veggies.

There also seems to be a long period between meals.

I would focus on diet, supplements are just that, supplements.

Trying to build muscle when your diet is dodgy is like putting scooter oil in a forumula one car and wondering why you are not going fast.

The other thing that has me wonder is that you are spending 1.5 hours in the gym.

What are you doing during this time? Is that all weights or weights and cardio?

How many days a week are you training?

thanks for the feed back .. i did not know the caloric measurements that will defiantly be a big factor in the new diet

i have worked out my calories but it does fluctuate because i do not eat the same things everyday but it does fall in a very close range each day

the 1.5 hours is 45 min cardio then 45 min weights .. i use to be on a strict strict diet where i ate like 8 things for 2 month 2482 cals per day no questions same thing day in day out .. and i was looking incredable dropped like 13-14 pounds and was cut as hell just got bored with it so now i needa get ssomething better

Do you know your bodyfat now?

I know I love being ripped, but there is a trade off.

When I am really low bodyfat, I am not as strong, nor can I put on much muscle.

It is pretty much the same for most people.

You don't have to get fat to put on muscle, but if you are close to comp ripped, and eating really low calories, it may not benefit you in the long run.

There is a thread in the women's section about dieting and metabolic damage, it is probably in the first two pages.

I would recommend reading it.

Hun,

I get your humor, but this is the supplements board, and not everyone will get it.

Please keep the steroid advice to the AAS board.

Also, this chap is still too young, hasn't maxed out diet and training yet for him to use performance enhancing drugs.
