You can use water, but it will have to be refigerated. Use propalene glycol instead, "A" carries it.

hey bro, yes you can mix it with water, but i find it clumps very easily. but it does work

are you asking if you need to mix it with something pure? if so, no. the winny isnt going to react with anything within the liquid that will breakdown the key anabolic substance. Hell, it's made to be ingested, endure the acids of the stomach and be passed into the blood stream. Isn't biochemistry wonderful? Fruit punch with a punch, indeed!!!
