1 inch is ok, I use if for delts

I like 1 1/2 for glutes and quads

just be sure to have a bucket,or its goin to get messy,if 21g is what u got,then use it on ur glute,..nowhere else

I used 22Ga in my butt for years. A 21 Ga is'nt much difference. Go for it with a kleenex tissue,just in case you have a gusher!

I used a 21g in first cycle and it hurt more than the juice....now I use 22g 1 1/2in for glutes and 23g 1in in my quads....
