can i inject it all at once

i was wondering as with enanthate, if i can inject 500mg of sustanon by karachi at once, or is two shots a week better, problem is i am getting a bro to inject for me who comes down to my city on the weekends only and injects for me during the week i have no one to do it, so is it gonna make a big difference, thanks

Dude, Your going to have to learn to do it yourself... Once you do it a few times.. It will be a cakewalk
PS.. I would go for twice a week

Twice a week is definitely a better choice for a drug like sustanon....You need to sack up and give yourself the injection...

Just recently did my first shots myself. The first ones I did were in the quads and it ended up being too easy.

Next I went for the glutes. The only problem I had was trying to keep my hands from shaking from the clen. and being a little nervous. But went for the stab and once again too easy.

I didn't want to have to depend on anyone when I start my first cycle (I am shooting kyno currently).

If you have trouble thinking you can't do it, think about the guy who sawed his damn arm off when it got stuck rock climbing. Puts that little needle in perspective. Good luck.
