basically my goal is to add 10 to 12 and increase functional fitness. I need to be able to run
wk 1 800mg eq
wk 2/3 600mg eq
wk 4-14 400 mg eq and 200 mg test enth
i haven't been on cycle in year and it was eq 10wks at 400mg. i'm currrently 5'9 235 a little doughy around the trunk but not terrible. for me functional strength and workload are the end goal. the season starts in spring and i need to be able to destoy people on the pitch.
