Technically yes since it is water based. A buddy of mine got some winny that was just so thick because it was dosed so high per ml so injecting it hurt like a b***h. He transferred it to an old research chem bottle and used the oral syringe to measure. The results weren't as good as winny tabs but it still did a pretty good job
