I donate blood a few times a year (not on AAS), and am pretty sure they specifically ask about AAS (could be wrong though) use....probably can check the Red Cross website and see if they screen for it.

No bro, the Red Cross specifically rules you out as a blood doner if you have ever used ANY injectable drug not prescribed by a doctor. With that being said, its doubtful that you are carrying or will transmit any disease from usning injecable aas only. That is what they're primary concern is.

Also, you should never donate when your on cycle as the amount of testosterone in your blood would be bad for both women, babies and small children. So, dont put anybody in jepordy by donating while your on cycle.
