Ive had some free time recently and was browsing thru the picture forums of some other popular bb websites and most of the guys who have pictures posted look terrible. Now this is not a flame against them at least they had the balls to post a picture but come on guys diet train and sleep before going overboard with juice. Not to mention no one wants to flame on these threads and tell them straight up you look bad try a diet and no juice for another yr. Instead they give them compliments on their below average builds. Like the one kid was 5'10 145 and people are saying nice mass but you need to cut. and sure enough later on in the thread he is talking about his upcoming cuttign cycle.

Sorry I had to vent but I think most of us myself included need to dedicate more time to diet, training and rest before juicing to the gills. Be careful guys though the sides may not seem apparent look at how many pros have had kidney problems. The liver seems to endure but many have kindney failure.

I agree bro...truth is most people don't even need juice. I came to this realization a few years ago...after my first cycle. I've been juice free for quite some time, and I really don't think i'll ever juice again...at least not until i make ALOT more natural gains.

I also agree on the pics...I looked better than alot of the people I've seen pics of back when I was in high school...not even seriously lifting.

I'm thinking of writing a book on training, juicing, nutrition, etc. soon (JA's idea), and this will be a topic I devote alot of time to.

you're right, and i'd feel like an asshole to call some of them out, so I try to be supportive of everyone... but some of these guys really have no business on an anabolic forum, and should relocate to the diet forum until they get their priorities straight. The funny thing is, it seems the more fat someone is, the greater the risk of side effects and the less effectiveness you get from many compounds, so they are really screwing themselves over by juicing.

Exactly...I don't wanna be a dick, cuz that would just be discouraging...it's a tough situation. But everyone is looking for the quick fix, and they think steroids are the answer...hell, I even thought that at one point.

Good thread. I agree with you both. I spent about the last 18 months completely clean and natural. I paid close attention to my diet, incorporated the necessary OTC supplements (protein, creatine, etc...) and worked HARD and the gains i got were real. I think too often AAS becomes a crutch for those individuals who are not willing to put forth the effort and dedication it takes to reach their goals and instead rely on potentially dangerous compounds to get them there with a fraction of what it would take otherwise. Sometimes you need to just get back to the basics.

Couldn't have said it better myself:D (Wait, I would have said "Most of the time, you need to just get back to the basics...basically the same thing:))

good point...the problem lies within the individual....juice can be a great thing..if taken correctly with the proper training and diet...and your right most of the guys are lazy 2-3 day a week guys who just bullshit at the gym...but if you do wanna see large mass gains or large fat loss in quick time...juice is the way...but if only you have the devotion to it....and most of the slobs you see dont....i mean im not perfect but i know im in the gym everyday workin on it..

The funny thing is that you can walk into any given gym and quickly spot those guys who fall into this category.
