Can I Achieve This Physique Without Juice?

you aren't that far away from that .. you are just 18.

if you strengthen your diet and workout hard then you will look like that guy or get pretty damn close within the next year i guarantee it. you already have a shitload of hormones in your body at your age. so you do not need to add more right now. wait a few years before you even think about juice

for you to even assume you have hit your genetic potential at 18 is just plain nuts. i am in my 30's and look better than i've ever looked and am breaking new PR's all the time. now for me its just a question of staying healthy as i age that becomes more of a challenge. but my point is you have years of upside so just keep working out and eating good and you will only improve.. the more you workout while you are young the more muscle memory you will build up.. so even if you take time off in your 20's due to life situations you will easily make back your losses quickly. guys that never worked out when they were younger have a tougher time at my age putting on muscle.. i see it all the time at my gym. so just make sure you put in the hours while you are young and the rest will fall into place. hell your diet doesn't even have to be good right now, when i was your age i was eating what i could afford to eat.. which wasn't the best diet at all lol.. BUT if you can manage to do simple things like avoid sugars and salts and eat whole foods it will definately give you a leg up on reaching your goal.. you don't have to spend that much on food to AVOID things you should avoid. obviously chocolate cake and milkshakes aren't gonna help you build muscle and keep off fat
 
If you'd like a decent idea of about how big people can get TRULY without steroids, look up some 1900-1920 body builders. I definitely think that's an achievable goal. The hard part of getting ripped and big is.... well, being ripped AND big.

exactly and back then they did not have access to supplements, quality nutrition, and even clean water like we do today.

most of the food they ate was full of salt so it wouldn't spoil..
 
*edit* I think I misunderstood something. But I really do think it's a good baseline for being natural. They just really used food as their everything. So, yeah, we have an upper hand these days to get bigger legally. You just have to keep in mind what true natural limits are and don't get caught up in comparing yourself to magazine models.
 
With 18 and 1.5 years of exercise I'd say it achievable. Men usually hit another growth spurt around 20 where you kinda thicken up, for lack of a better term. Forearms and shoulders and chest were most noticeable on me
