It's all about your level of confidence. Gear raises that level. Whenever I am on I feel like a damm immortal. I walk into a club and can feel everyone staring at me. I have been off for two months but have maintained most of my size. I am sure i do not look as good as I did in the summer so i buy form fitting sweaters and its all good instead of the tanks.
