there is not such a think as "man boobs". boobs are unnaceptable in a man. at least i had my lipo-surgery five years ago and eliminated that probllem for good. Arimidex as a selective strogen bloker that works better as a gyno preventive. If you have some minor form of gyno you must visit your plastic surgeon to make an evaluation or... you can take some raloxifene (Evista). I have read some info about this medicine (Steroids 2005) and its hability to reduce existing gyno even on the hard tissue and among adolescent boys with some forms of gyno. But on the mayority of cases, developed gyno won´t go away by itself. you have to go to a good plastic surgeon. it will cost, but your self steem is priceless.

i would try some letrozole from AG, it is very strong

i believe i have estrogen overload a tad any way. i mean if i do not work out regularly, and i have not for a year or so due to car wreck, that the chest fat shows quickly and will tighten up somewhat when i am full on water and go back when the hormones roll the other way
