blend or even a meal replacement for someone who does`nt really work out? Average build and does`nt get a chance to eat as often as he would like. I was talking with my buddy and he was asking about what kind of protein he should get, but I think a MRP might be better for him. Any thoughts or specific brands? Please.

I wanted to search and ask here before I gave him the advice.

I've always been biased myself to myoplex.... They give you more protein than a regular protein shake and fill you up. And best of all, very cheap.

Is Myoplex a protein only drink? I was thinking id he`s drinking it INSTEAD of a meal, he may opt for a carb/protein drink. Any other names I should look at?

I usually get a mixed blend of proteins from proteinfactory but he may be better off getting an MRP. not sure. need help here.

270 calories, 42g protein, 23 carbs and 3g fat.... i add milk too. If he wants to take his time and make it that much better, he can add strawberries and bannanas.

Muscle Milk-tastes AWESOME(so good that I sometimes crave it), mixes extremely well, tens of flavors, and relatively cheap for an MRP if you buy the big containers

LOL...I like the asshat comment...'m gonna have to claim it as my own from now on. But I think GL is actually being serious here...although, I'm stil not quite sure.

GL, you are an asshat, not for asking this, but because my suorces tell me you are a yankees fan. (see my sig.)

LMAO... We`ll still kick your Boston asses this year. Love the sig...lol

I was serious about the question. I don`t see what the problem is? I just want to know of a good MRP because I`ve never used them. I`m gonna look into Muscle Milk and Myoplex as was suggested.

lol I should really start every thread here with a disclaimer, if I`m serious or not. I`ve busted balls too many times here. lol

MUSCLE MILK MUSCLE MILK MUSCLE MILK

I've tasted just about everything out there on the market. I've never tasted anything like it. I think this would work great for somone who doesn't really work out. It's high enough in calories and the bottom line is the taste. Although many shakes taste good to us, most regular people can't handle them. This stuff doesn't really even taste like a shake. My favorite is Root Beer Float. No joke.

No reason to get to specific if he just needs some extra calories and nutrition.

Enjoy!

Myoplex is a very good MRP if he is replacing some meals with a shake. Has 42g of protein and various vitamins/minerals. One or two a day should probably be enough for someone that doesn't work out often.

THANKS!!!!!!! I`ll definately do the Myoplex. Great price too. k for you guys.

I don't like myoplex because it doesn't mix very well at all in a shaker cup, you need a blender, and thats just a hassle to clean up. I reccomend Optimum nutritions 100% MRP. (its called 100% MRP) Tastes very good and is loaded with protein, carbs, and vits and mins, plus optimum is a solid company.

OK at least I`ve tried Opt Nutrition. they`re pretty good. I`ll look into it, because I would`nt want it not to mix well, good point.
