can anyone here do a flip?

learn gymnastics....or wu-shu :D
 
Nope.....wanna learn....the most I can do is do a backbend, cartwheel, or roundoff......not real impressive, huh?
 
What kind of flip, backflip?

Just jump up straight as high as u can w/ your arms reached up and then when u get high u bring your legs up to your chest to create momentum and lean back and u flip. and then u have to land on your feet and the best way is to look ahead and dont close your eyes.

Backflips are very dangereous cuz u can die if u dont flip over all the way and land on your head. So practice at a gymnastics place. Many gymanstic places have a thing called open gym where u pay 5 bucks and u can fuck around w/ the mats and trampolines for like 2.5 hours. So i suggest u do that and some one there can teach u how to tumble and u can pracitce that for like a month and u can do backflips. They will be able to teach u to backflip in a day.

i can do it, its real easy, just kick off and push with you hand, once u get it, it will be very easy. :)
 
Yeah, just do that like Baba-Boey said, and then after enough practice u wont need hands anymore.
I just to could do all this shit when I used to break, but my abs arent strong enough to do it anymore

I can do a front flip bump for wrestling.. not that much further for a full front flip... i;'ll have to give it a try.
 
i can..or i could do it..but ive stopped all that shit..to scared of injurying myself..it was easier when i was 170 pounds..220 pounds is a bit scary
