Can Anyone Help

Jus a quick question. I have been watching my food intake and excersing regualrly. I think my diet looks pretty clean. Here's my question; Should I be staying away from avacodo's. I usually put them in my salad at lunch time. Any insight will be great :)
 
Um ... avocados won't kill you. Its a fat. Suggest you put your meal plan into a food counts program like www.fitday.com and get a REAL acccounting of what you are eating - including and excluding the fat / cals from the avocado.

To step back a bit - if you are concerned about an avocado in your salad then maybe you need to check your whole diet - people often think they "eat clean" - but until you actually quantify what you eat, eyeballing is often not accurate. Fitday is great for that.

^^ AS long as it fits within your daily ranges I dont see why not :)
 
Only if you are allergic to them.

Avacados are great - but they can be high in calories since they are high fat. The are SO good for you though. It is a great thing to add into your day, but watch the portions of them.
