can anyone help?

I am fairly new to this whole scene and am looking to gain as much knowledge as I can.. Any help is appreciated..

First off a little about me..

6'3"
195#

Im not sure what my body fat is but Im sure its not what it should be by any means..

I have been lifting for about 1.5 yrs about 4-5 days a week.. for about 1-1.5hrs each time.
I am looking to bulk and then cut. I know many of you have way more experience than I at this..

Any advice, tips?

Cycle ideas for me?

currently I am taking 400mg T-2 weekly (on the down side of the cyc..)

I found a " meal plan" here and have been trying to follow it to a T but I find it hard for me to eat as much as its telling me..
Since starting the cycle I have added about 12lbs and am on my 5th wk. I have nothing to compare this to so I dont know if this is a good gain or not.

I have upped all my lifts an average of 10lbs.. Should I train harder? Spend more time in the gym? (to me I still look like a stick figure.)
 
What is your age? As far as advice for learning goes, reading posts is the best way. If you have specific questions make a new post. But most specific questions can be researched fairly easy through using the search button. But again, don't be afraid to post. But read, read, and read some more.
 
You may wish to visit the diet forum for nutrition questions and the training forum for hardcore workouts. The forum is where you will get the best steroid advice. There is not always overlap. For example the training board tends to have alot more natural atheletes, and alot of powerlifters. Alot of them never post here or even read this forum. ALot of the regulars here, will never been seen on the diet and training forums. You'll get more expert advice on your specific needs on the correct forums.
