i am about to start a new semester at college and i am currently on the original ult. get ripped while not losing muscle mass. i only have about 15 mins. between class to eat between the hrs. of 8-3. can someone make some suggestions as to what i should eat to stay on the diet.

the ult. get ripped diet is the one outlined in that thread that was so long. i think it had about 700 threads last i checked!

the thread title is The ultimate diet to get ripped while maintainging muscle. here is the diet outlined,

m1; shake w flax
m2: chicken w green beans
m3: salmon w green veg
m4: shake w flax
m5: 2 cans tuna nd salad
m6: Post workout: whey+ dextrose
m7: chicken/beef w 2 cups vegies.
