I have gotten some t3 called synthroid 88 mcg. Do you know how often I am suppose to take this and for how long, so I dont screw up my own thyroid? I am taking it with clen to get shredded.

Are you taking any AAS???? if not I would not take the t3...you will lose fat...but you will also lose muscle...which is not a good thing...do a search there is tons of good info on t3...but I would not take it if you are not "on" anything... not a good idea...can you post your current stats?? Training?? Bf?? Diet?? You can get lean on diet and training alone...w/ a good eca stack...

I don't know how much experience you have with "controlled supplements", but before you put anything in your body, make sure you know what it is and what it does. First you need to make sure its what you think it is, and then you need to ensure that it really is what it says it is and isn't a fake.

Synthroid is T4, not T3. T3 should be a brand like Cytomel or Cynomel. For more ref, check: http://thyroid.about.com/library/weekly/aa082900a.htm

T4 is often given to thyroid patients, but it sounds like there's some argument that it really does that much. A combo of T3 & T4 is sometimes recommended. But since I'm not an endocrinologist, I wouldn't even assume to understand the whole thing. What you are doing is definitely NOT a doctor-sanctioned combination "to get shredded". The biggest issue with T3 is that, yes it will eat fat, but it will also eat muscle. Its not selective about what it goes after- thus the above questoin about whether or not you are taking any AS. This would at least help you avoid losing muscle while you drop body fat.

Depending on your goals, there are many other approaches that are more muscle sparing. The above link from tripleV and a number of other threads discuss this if you do a search.

its t4.. the most perscribed medication for hypothyroidism.. not really worth much to a bb.... takes to long to really see much of a difference...
I am not big on thyroid hormones... I have done t3 a number of times... I love it, but its almost too risky to delve into too often.
