Can any illegal AAS help a fattie chick lose weight?

Can AAS or something banned, be used to help a fat chick lose weight fast?

I'm thinkin' M1T or Clenebutrol or Anavar.

I know AAS issues are WAY different when it comes to women -- so this may not be the best place to post this. But i have a few female friends who just can't seem to find that "magic pill" that'll help them lose that 30-40lbs easily. Would AAS (or any other supplement besides the usual GNC crap) help women lose fat, even if it builds muscle along the way.
