Can a noob to stuff get some advice

So I pinned 300mg of test e last mon an weds both sites flared up. Warm red swollen etc. Went into hospital put me on antibiotics still have some minor swelling left from edema not abcess . Doc said there were no abcesses .. Either I'm slow from too many ieds in iraq or I didn't have an infection just a bad reaction to a foreign object ( test) in my body.. thoughts?

Some stuff gets different additives added to them for preserving and also stabilizing. Some people get reactions from this. Question your source.
