Calves training

Hi there,

I am new to this forum.

I am 23 years old and I have been training for 3 years.

When I started I weighted 66kg and now I am 86 kg and 188cm.

I train 3xweek according to this training routine:

DAY 1
Chest, biceps, front shoulders


DAY 2
Legs, calves,

DAY 3
Back, triceps


I have good progress however I would like my calves to be bigger :)

I train them 1-2 per week 5 setsx 20 reps.

Hope to get to know a lot of new things on this forum.

All you can do is experiment with different programs to find out what your calves respond to the best. Heavy low rep sets, high rep sets, super sets...everyone is different and the calves are tough for a lot of people. And then there are people who have great calves genetically. I hate those people. :)
