Calves Exercise

I've heard that the Toes-pointed leg curls exercise can work the claves. How can I do it?. Toes-pointed to where?
 
from the description, you simply point your toe...as opposed to flexing it.

point = down
flex = up

personally I think you're better off doing something like standing/sitting toe raises...or better yet, toe raises from the leg press---> the DC method works great for this one! my calves really get worked this way.
 
You will forgive me Nonerz but i didn't understand you :rolleyes: How can i do it with leg curls. You see i am getting this type of exercise from the 10-week size surge program and it says that kind of exercise. I find it akward that the leg curl exercise could perform some kind of action to the calves, but i have that little doubt.
