Calorie Intake

Obviously to burn fat and cut up a person needs to take in less calories than he uses in the course of the day. I am 207 pounds but i am having a little trouble figuring out appox. how many calories a day a should eat. My bf is around 11-12% . I like to stay around 100g carbs, 350g pro.,50g of fat. Does this seem about right to you guys.Its about 2250 cals, daily.Does this seem a little to high for cutting.I live a pretty active lifestyle, but i am not no marathon runner eighter if you know what i mean.

sorry for the silly question, but how could you want to lose weight if you weigh so much at only 11% bodyfat?

Doesnt sound right to me, Im almost the same weight as u 208, Here is a typical day of eating for me.


9am Breakfast 2 eggs, 3 Pieces Bacon 35grams of Whey
Fat 20 Protein 57
12am 3 scoops of whey, 1 TBSP FLAX OIL
fat 13 protein 75
215 Post workout 50grams of sugar, 50grams of whey
10 grams of creatine 10 grams Glutamine
415 Mid Dinner 1/2 Flank steak, Onions Grilled
fat 20 Protein 50
6:30 Dinner 1/2 Flank Steak, 1tbsp Sour Cream
Parmasian Cheese
fat 25 Protein 50
9:30 Late Meal 3 Scoops Whey 1 TBSP FLAX OIL
1 7gram EAS protein bar, 4 cubes of cheese
Fat 16 81 grams of protein

Days Total fat 94 846cals Carbs 50 200 cals, protein 357 1428 Cals
Total Cals 2474 Fat 34% Carbs 8 % Protein 57%

I lift 5-6 days a week and I do 45-60mins of cardio 6 days a week. Sometimes 7 if I feel like it, I hate not doing something active each day. I swear on this diet im losing a ton of BODYFAT and feel good, I think with your diet the lack of energy foods, Carbs or Fats u will be Pooped.
