Obviously to burn fat and cut up a person needs to take in less calories than he uses in the course of the day. I am 207 pounds but i am having a little trouble figuring out appox. how many calories a day a should eat. My bf is around 11-12% . I like to stay around 100g carbs, 350g pro.,50g of fat. Does this seem about right to you guys.Its about 2250 cals, daily.Does this seem a little to high for cutting.I live a pretty active lifestyle, but i am not no marathon runner eighter if you know what i mean.
