depending on your weight and size.I probably woudnt dip to much below 1800 calories.especially if your on any AAS except Primo.It is best if you lose 1-2 pounds every week even if on or off clen.Everybodys body is diffrent and depending on LBM and metabolism you have to adjust accordingly.Ive seen people get ripped and drop more than 1-2 pds per week for shows.Alot of hard work and alot of chemistry also.good luck
