Calorie intake on a cycle

I'm intending starting a cycle of Dbol, Proviron & Nolvadex on a 7 week cycle, starting with
Week 1 - 4 Dbol, 2 Pro & 2 Nolv
Week 2 - 6 Dbol, 2 Pro & 2 Nolv
Week 3 - 8 Dbol, 2 Pro & 2 Nolv
Week 4 - 8 Dbol, 2 Pro & 2 Nolv
Week 5 - 8 Dbol, 2 Pro & 2 Nolv
Week 6 - 6 Dbol, 2 Pro & 2 Nolv
Week 7 - (Day 1, 2 & 3) 4 Dbol, 2 Pro & 2 Nolv
Week 7 - (Day 4,5,6 & 7) 2 Dbol, 2 Pro & 2 Nolv

Could anyone recommend how much my calorie intake should be whilst on the cycle ?

And if you have any other recomendations on improving the cycle let me know.

My stats are (although need working on ALOT)
5'9"
133Lbs
Age 34

My intention is to pack on some more weight and also obviously more muscle on my frame. I have taken a/s before on 2 or 3 occasions which was d/bol and another occasion Deca, but have been clean for more than 6 months.

133lbs?? How much experience do you have with training/working out and like apex said, with aas? Sounds like you could maybe put on some weight/muscle first by eating more (clean though) and improving your workouts. Once you add some weight and hit a plateau, then jump on the dbol. You gotta get everything else in order first.
 
I personally think that whole cycle sucks. Dbol usually is used to kickstart a cycle consisting of more long acting compounds and it should not be ran for more than 5-6 weeks. If you have done 3 cycles before and still weigh 133lb I suggest you do alot more research...Why not just a run a simple 10 week cycle consisting of Test 500mg/week & Eq 400mg/week? If you ran the dbol for as long as you suggested above on your previous cycles, best to give your liver a little break.
 
I hate dbol. I feel like i am renting the muscle instead of owning it.
If I was 133 and working out properly with a proper diet...
Here is what I would do:
Deca 200mgs ew w1 - 10
Test ent 250 we w1 - 10
PCT= HCG during (500ius a day for ten day midcycle) and Clomid after (300/100/50).
I think you would be more than pleased with the results!
 
If you've done 3 cycles before and your still only 133lbs, then you've gotta work on
your diet and commitment. At least 4000 calories per day and give 150% every single rep of every workout. Like what's been said, a dbol only cycle is not a good idea. taking it for more that 4 weeks at a time isn't a good idea.
my suggestion is:
1-12 test 500mg/wk
1-12 deca 300mg/wk
1-3 dbol 25mg/day

And EAT, EAT, EAT
 
I just don't understand why you only weigh 133lbs. You say you've done juice b4, but how do you still weigh only 133lbs?? Is there something we are missing here? Maybe you got injured or diagnosed with something? Maybe you didn't convert your kilo's to pounds correctly?? You can't start a cycle until you get the fundamentals down and put on some more weight, IMO.

I think you would be more than pleased with the results!

dbol is one of the best muscle builders ever though I don't recommend doing it by itself....You just need some long esters to solidify the gains and all is good! If you lose regardless of it being from dbol, test, or deca than it wasn't muscle from the start so therefore you were renting water for the temporary strength and not muscle!

Do you know your body fat %?? If you have done cycles before, I'm assuming your at below 4% since your 133 and 5'9. Something just dons't add up here... :rolleyes:
 
Dude, forget the sauce. What you need is food! The gear you took before was probably fake because unless you have a giant tapeworm or AIDS you should have put on some size. How heavy were you BEFORE your last THREE cycles? Not to flame you but like others have said, this just doesn't add up. I would stay away from gear and focus on busting your ass in the gym and eating. Screw 4000cals per day bump that shit up to 5000 and grow! Stay away from cardio and for crying out loud go see a doctor, you may have a problem.

Yeah dude...Unless you started of at 115lbs, something has to be wrong within...Maybe your thyroid or bulimia (just kidding). Even an ectomorph at 5'9 should have put on more weight after 2 cycles so, go see a doctor...Better yet, run down the diet plan, workout regimen and exact cycle you ran!
 
Thanks guys for all your advice and comments, I will be seriously taking a look more at my calorie intake and when I have that sorted at 4000cals per day I will then consider my cycle.

If anyone else has any more comments advice, please feel free to add to this post, I will take on board all comments.

He probably is just not eating properly and didn't run any pct after cycle, and by not eating properly he didn't see any big gains.
