calorie intake during cutting cycle

i'm getting ready to run test prop 100 with proviron weeks 1-8 and needto's fat blaster stack weeks 4-8 for my summer cut, is a 40/30/30 split with my calorie intake 500 below bmr sufficient?
 
Go to freedieting.com it will tell u how many calories u should be consuming a day for your height and weight and exactly what kind of excercises is in your routine, That is the way i based on how many calories to eat on my cutting cycle and it work very good. For me i am 5-10 and weigh 185 and even on the days i do intense cardio i eat 1800 calories or less but those calories are really low carbs and fat and i try to eat beatween 160 and 200 grams of protein a day. And when i was on my tren/epistane stack i cut up alot on that routine. U mite wanna give that a try i bet it will work 4 ya.

What caloric intake you consume to maintain and what activities are you doing daily?
 
bodyweight x 10-14, start higher, and then leaner your get and more plateaus you get either increase cardio or drop some cals. if ON easier to build muscle while cutting, and spare muscle when super low bf.
 
i'm up to par on how to diet when cutting as far as figuring out my calorie intake and everything......i guess what my question is should i change and when on a cycle???

you could increase protein and you can increase carbs a bit too if ON cycle imo.
I don't use, but have heard to increase protein and carbs when ON cycle, and will not affect. Or just keep carbs at same but increase protein. :)
