LOL.. I just went there for "advice" and apparently I'm overweight and need to drop down to 168lb. My "ideal" weight. I'm 6'1, 220, 12%bf. They never even asked me for my bf.

But I do like their calorie chart thingie.

you should know that everyone of those measure thingy's is made for the AVARAGE american. they dont apply to us gymrats man. But u know this i shoudl think. But like you said they're calorie charts are good
