callus'

So...how do you minimize them and their effects. I am looking for a "non- glove" solution. Any suggestions?
I don't wear gloves ever mine aren't to bad. If you can sneak chalk in to your gym that helps a bit. Also right after work out moistrize and through out the day do the same.

i wear glowves....and i still got them...i love them cause, and shows off all my hardwork!! i moisturize my hands often though

I started wearing gloves because I'm going for that clean, publishable "figure" look and not the Hulkster bad-ass shredded hand look. LOL!

On pull days I like my wraps.

Otherwise moisturizer & sleep in gloves at night.

Otherwise wear your iron kisses w/ pride !

No one see the under part of your hand... I have two on each hand under the bend on my third and forth fingers... Wear them with pride!!! I put moisturizer on almost everyday and I still have them...

I never tried this. I'm starting to form calluses from the deadlifts. Try putting the Dr. Scholls fabric non-medicated covers (they usually go over the medicated disks) on your calluses. See if, first they are able to stay on, and, second, and won't affect your grip.

Generous amount of vaseline, and I do mean generous. Put this on at night before going to sleep. Cover hands with socks or gloves, and in the morning your hands will be baby bottom soft. Also works well with paraffin and glycerine.
