hey bro,Im currently using the stupid sponge humidifier in my humidor,but Ive found it doesnt keep the humidity up, the temp is 70 degrees so thats fine,but if I take that cup of water out that ive put in the humidity drops to 60 in less then a week.

any tip besides buy the auto humidifier which I cant afford right now

Do the searchfest around that site in the other thread, they have a few container type hygrometer/humidifiers that are not electric, most of the really affordable ones are based on the sponge thang though... after a month or two of constant humidity the deder starts to really hold its moisture better, but the only way to really go is upgrade your delivery system. The cup of water thing is dangerous for the obvious complete destruction of your gars if it tips and too much humidity is almost guaranteed white mold.

I will hunt around a bit for a less imposing price, but take a minute and hit ebay the mothership.

thanks for the help man,Ill def get on that,as for now,I check them everyday and make sure the humidity stays at 70
