B Belial New member Jun 12, 2001 #4 2 adipokinetix or "conventional" ECA before my workout in the AM, 2 lipoK midday (~1:00) , 2 lipoK in the early PM (around 6:00). Cycled it on and off every week for 8 weeks; 4 total weeks of lipoK. Worked beautifully.
