I pretty much eat whatever... except for sugars and simple carbs.
I start out my basic day with 4egg whites, 2eggs, bagel w/cc and a coffee.
9:30am I have a protein shake 20gms soy/20gms whey
12:00 Turkey sandwich, can of tuna, bananna
2:30 Protein shake(same as am)
5:30 Dinner(usually varies, some lean meat, potato, unlimited carb)
7:00 Lift(immediately when Im done, I drink 15gms carbs from All Sport)
9:30 Protein shake,30 gms whey
10:30 4egg whites,2eggs
I take 12iu humilin R at fist meal, 12iu humilin R at dinner, 14iu humilin N at bedtime
my blood sugar stays pretty constanyt around 75-85 with this diet and exercise.
I ususlly eat more and take more insulin when bulking, but this is what I eat as of right now.
