calf/shin issues

Doing cardio (fast walking on max incline) I've started to get unbearable shin splints and calf cramps; I believe I read something somewhere regarding tren and this before but wanted to make sure.

Is there Anything i can do, I love cardio.

Lol those aren't shin splints. They're just bad pumps. :)

Shin splints are way worse.

Agreed with Azul...nope, nothing you can do but SUCK IT UP! RADAR recommended Lindburgs Milk Thistle for Dbol pumps and worked great..not sure if they would work for tren though...here's the link

they feel like shin splints.. i know frmo doing many years of track and running.. but its just really bad pumps... and im on just test...
 
thanks guys, splints were a guesstimate.

I'm on tons of milk thistle already. Looks like i'll have to stop being a pansy and just chug through it.

Try different kinds of cardio. Rowing is great, and maybe the elliptical will be easier too.

Sprinting would give you pumps too, but since you wouldn't really do more than 4-10 100m sprints, you should be fine.

I had the same problem, try running that should alleviate the pain.

i cant do more than a few minutes on tread before calves blow up...lowered incline and went to a slow jog 4.5 i have short legs...keeping an eye on heart rate, and drop to a walk every so often...they suck
 
Stationary bike is golden for calf pumps. The bike doesn't work your calves enough for you get pain. I get bad pumps from just test so I've learned to change my cardio to deal with it.
 
I had my ART guy do some therapy on my shins a few years back, the pain was so bad I could barely finish a hockey game. He helped me quite a bit but I had to go in before every game otherwise after about 15 mintues it was so bad I could not stand up.
