calf raise

Does anyone know the name of the machine that you work your shins like you would your calves???? I found some goofy bar setup on yahoo, but thats not it, at least i hope not.

I've seen some dudes do something like a reverse calf-raises by standing under the smith with their heels on box and repping their toes down to the floor then back up...

Seems like a waste of time to me....

its called a "dard" its pretty well known for doing ant. tib raises.
