Caffeine question

Caffeine -- Is it possible to build up a resistance to it?

Hey folks, I've found the combination of a Red Bull + a single caffeine pill 30 minutes before a lift gives me more energy than I'll ever need.

I've been doing this for about 3 months now...and my question is: Does the human body ever build up a resistance to caffeine (as it does with many other drugs?) If so, is it wise to "cycle" the drug as people do with other stimulants?

Or does it's effect on the body stay constant, giving you the same buzz regardless of how often it is used?

Either stop for awhile, or take more.

for many YES
for some NO
