So, for you, how long does it take (after drinking coffee) to feel the boost effet ?
And for how long does it last ?

If I take a thermo it hits me fully in 50-60 minutes then it lasts a good 4 hours for me before it starts to fade.

I feel it within minutes and it usually lasts for a few hours.

if not abused then with 5 minutes and it feels great!

that means once per day just before workouts

if you drink it more than twice a day the effects fade.........
