The form it is in is not supposed to be easy for people to use. If it came from the vet place like it comes from a kit, you can be damn sure you wouldn't be able to buy the stuff as easy.

Bubba hit the nail on the head. because of its form (ie pellet) it made the dea exempt list and hence no probs getting it. Actually it was being made injectable and used a lot in horses, but they have really clamped down on that just like human sports.
