Ok, I'm having some trouble with exercises for my butt. I have done squats for quite a while now, hence my butt and thighs have become rather large. But the problem is, I don't want them to be large! I just want my butt to be firm and shapely, but not big. Also I don't want my thighs to be so big. What exercises should I do? I have dropped the squats and now do just lunges.
Also, this may sound weird, but I sort of want my butt cheeks to be 'seperated' as they sort of meet in the middle at the moment.
