Just voted. Went early in case there were lines. There weren't. Now I'm home killing time before I have to leave for work. Then I'ma come home, then go to the gym, come home, eat, then nap.

Just got back from voting. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. There was a huge line, but my table I reported to was empty, so I got right in. Sweet!!!

Me and Mrs Y got there at 0630 and there was already a line of about 50 people.
They opened at exactly 0700 and it took us about an hour to get in, signed up and voted..
We have a ton of State and County changes on the ballot this time.
I'd guess 15 maybe all total State and County

We have the complete the arrow with a pen style ballots.
They offered using tables setup around the room if you wanted to give up your privacy of those stupid little folding table/blinds things to get thru faster..

The couple across from us I had to LOL at when she asks him real loud "Do we circle it or what"? and he snaps at her "Read the Directions", probably thinking we were asking ourselves if this lady is the reason Fla Screws up elections..

I got up, voted for Bush, intimidated some likely Kerry voters, made some others take a literacy test, paid a few off duty cops to impound some city buses filled with what appeared to be Kerry voters, and I am planning to round up likely Kerry voters this afternoon and slap them around for a few hours.

Other than that, a normal day.

Went to bed at 2:30am got up at 8:00 for my 8:30 physical therapy consult. 8 weeks of phys therapy to prep me for surgery early next year. Go to the store, library, and then go to work from 4-12.

Got up, had my coffee, took a shower, went & voted (just had to walk around the corner), gave my local City Council man the hairy eyeball & didn't vote for him -- although he'll win anyway cuz he's running unopposed....

I voted on the way to work, took about 40 min. at the Presby. Church down the street.
Election officials said my precinct has 3200 members, and had already reached
50% participation thru early voting. I'm at work half day, then half day vacation,
go to gym, workout with personal trainer guaranteed to make me pray for death.
Then on to a men's group support/therapy/gripe session to listen to a bunch of guys
complain about how their totally unrealistic fantasy expectations aren't coming true.
The therapist and I are falling into a good cop/bad cop relationship. He tells the loosers to not be so hard on themselves, and then I burst a few balloons with a
pointing out their fantasy objectives are completely ungrounded in any reality.
....but of course my fantasy objectives are completely reasonable!.....
