I recently order 20 propinates and 20 sust. it was busted by customs. it was sent in my old ladys name and to her house. She Knew nothing about it. The customs want to open the package infront of her. Should I take the rap for it or should we just play stupid and say we dont know who sent it. also if i do take the heat and say it was for my own use what will happen to me
 
i have been put in the same situation I denied it and they told me they were going to check my bank records, mail boxes, p.o boxes, ingoing mail, outgoing mail, and make me take a polygraph. I passed the polygraph because i read how over the internet. They couldnt pin it on me because they never caugfht me in possesion. They just told my employer and i was fired from a u.a. Trust me get leagal advice.

First of all, customs coming to your house for such a small amount is a bit riduculous. I am not calling you a liar, cause believe me I have seen some stupid stuff before. Any how, the crime has not been completed and won't be, so long as you deny it at this point.

They will need search warrants to check anything else out, poboxes, emails...etc. By the time that happens (72 hours) alot of things can disapear. You know what I mean OJ?

Even if they get you asking to buy the gear, remember the criminal act was never completed without you receiving.

HOLY SHIT! What a bunch of fuckers. They told your employer? Thank God I don't live in the USofA anymore.

I'm myself a fresh member of the Quebec Bar and even if not an expert in criminal law let me tell you one thing: in our country you need 2 things to proof someone guilty: the "actus reus" (the material part eg. being in possesion of the package, send the package) and the "mens rea" the mental part (the willing, i mean the proof that you wanted to distribute, sell.....). This is very hard and I'm not even sure they could get a warrant for such a small order. It's not cocaine nor LSD pills. Deny it. Don't start a big story about the package. This could mix up further on and give them the evidence they need. Just say "i have not idea where does that shit come from nor what it is". Don't ever say: I knew it was Roids but i never tought it could be a criminal offense". No one is supposed to ignore the law.They wanna open it in front of you ? (thats unusual i admit) Ok do it and be a dumbass once opened. Be as suprised as if we told you God was queer wearing pink pantyhose.....

Anyway dude don't worry this is nothing compare to some other stuff......

Look they will DO nothing about it, they have more important matters than some 40 amps of juice
imported into the prairies for personal uses.

Anyway, possesion is legal here, buying or selling is illegal
so do they have a proof that YOU bought them
might be just a gift from a friend :D :D :D

and since when Canuck customs are effective
did you ordered from a countries that might be related to the foot and mouth?
 
like said in other posts deny to the end, no matter what, play stupid, and if they open it in front of you, which I personally never heard they did, and when they say o whats this, got you, or some crap, say I don't know:confused: play dumb

This can't be true, or else Canada is fucked up. I THOUGHT POCESSION WAS LEGAL IF IT WAS A PERSONAL AMOUNT(in canada), and after that they send and have to pay custom agents to come to your house? Did you just get a letter? for that small amount? NO IT CAN"T BE TRUE.
 
all it was is 20 prop 20 sust the package never came to the property of the house it was seized beforethat and the customs chick phoned my old lady at work saying there is aseized package in her name and if she could come down and open it
 
Possession is lega BUT selling, possession to sell or exporting such products is illegal but come on for 40 amps you shouldn't worry

You must be a real piece of work having it sent to your girlfriends house and in her name---Whats wrong with you? Im thinking of having 10 pounds of coke sent to my dads house in his name so if caught, he will have to take the fall! You must really love her to do that to her
 
acctualy, I thought it over and 40 amps is quite a big order IMO. I still would never go over 10 amps and 100 pills, order frequent small orders if needed. Extra charge for shipping , but that way it's too small for anyone to give. this would apply mostly to importing, rather than domestic.

when I was there, I got a small shipment busted at the airport, so they just went to my hotel while I was at work, asked to have the room opened, looked everywhere, took the rest of my gear, left me a letter saying I should come down to customs and explain why I had hormones in my posession.

I went there, and was charged with 'smuggling' but the case was dropped straight away cause the total amount of gear was so small anyway (29 primos - some nolva and some spiropent)

they did not care for warrants and other things - just walked in seized everything, 'told me it was bad, giving me a verbal slap on the hand'. I was very lucky though.

They destroyed what was seized at the airport AND what they seized in my hotel room.

Alternatively get your girlfreind to take the rap and get a new one while she is doing the time.

Either way you lose your gear

It is not only finland, police do not need a search warrant to search your hotel room. They just have to get permission from the hotel management.

Don't even think about opening the package, then they have your prints on it and they have a witness having seen you opening the box in a controlled delivery. Deny everything. See lawyer ASAP.
 
DENY IT!!!!! As long as you didnt pick the shit up personally then you are fine. It is NOT and was NEVER in your possession. They probably just want to kno0w who the supplier is and if he is big time. Trust me DENY the whole thing. MOST IMPORTANT-----CALL YOUR LAWYER NOW!!!!!!
 
Odds are that U.S. Customs agents are not coming to your house to open the package. So don't sweat that.

I don't know what's up with the people on this board saying, "Deny." Don't say a damn word. There is absolutely no reason to make statements to law enforcement officials. I don't know how many clients that I've had try to deny their involvement in a crime, and then wind up confessing. Just get an attorney if you have to speak with any law enforcement.

If you e-mail me on elitefitness and tell me in what state you live, I can look up state law to see what penalties you face under state law. Although it's unlikely that the feds would turn the case over to state authorities, it's still remotely possible.

Above all, shutup and don't talk to law enforcement. Insist that you want your lawyer present!!!!!!:D

I smell some BS here too! In Canada...You are worse off drinking under age than being caught with some roids! All as I know is once you have them in your possession, as long as you don't have a shit-load of them, they are legal!
